Terms of use of the site

Access to this site (the "Site") implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated and/or modified at any time and in its sole discretion by Ensate srl (Ensate) without any need to give notice to users.

 

Access to the Site and use of its contents

No responsibility, of any nature, is assumed by Ensate srl in relation to users' access to the Site or their use of its contents.

 

Content of the site

All the contents of the Site (news, photos, videos, sounds, trademarks, logos, domain names, application software, graphic layout, technical documentation and manuals, etc.) and related rights are reserved. Such contents can therefore be consulted exclusively for personal information purposes, being expressly prohibited any other use without the prior written consent of Ensate srl.

Although every reasonable care has been taken in collecting and presenting the information contained in this Site, no guarantee is given as to its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or possible uses by users; Ensate srl hereby expressly excludes any liability for errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to said data.

Some pages of the Site may contain information regarding future programs and purposes, which are described from time to time by using terms such as "expect", "estimate", "predict", "prospect" and "plan".  These declarations by their nature do not involve any commitment on the part of Ensate srl, which therefore assumes no responsibility for their implementation.

 

Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Site - including trademarks mentioned or reproduced on the Site, designs and patents related to the products on the Site - shall be subject to the rules on copyright and other existing rules on the protection of intellectual and industrial property, and its reproduction, modification or use shall therefore be prohibited, total or partial, without the prior written consent of Ensate srl or its right holders.

 

Products and prices

Information and images - including product colours - concerning equipment, appearance, performance, dimensions and weights, prices, consumption, operating costs, etc.  related to the products referred to in the Site are subject to continuous updating and can illustrate accessories and items on request that are not part of the standard equipment. These data are to be considered, therefore, purely indicative and liable to errors, inaccuracies.

Ensate srl may, at any time, at its sole discretion, make structural or formal changes to the products and services illustrated on the Site.

The prices indicated on the Site are not binding as merely recommended by Ensate srl to its distribution network.

For up-to-date and timely information on the products and prices referred to in the Site, Ensate srl therefore invites users to contact its Branches and/or Authorized Dealers.

 

Liability

Ensate srl assumes no responsibility for the information and indications contained in the pages of the Site. In particular, they do not contain a tacit promise or guarantee regarding the composition, suitability for certain purposes of the Products or the non-infringement by the Products themselves of laws or patents. Some links to other sites of the Network may appear on the Site. Therefore, Ensate srl has no influence on the configuration, availability, accessibility and content of the pages linked to the Site through links and nothing guarantees the relevance, correctness, completeness or quality of the information contained therein.

Stellantis shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, including loss of profit, resulting from the use or impossibility of use of the Site and its contents, or sites linked to it directly or indirectly, as well as by omissions or errors.

 

Intellectual property of third parties

This website is managed by Ensate srl. Ensate srl respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. Some materials on the Site may be published and made available on the Site by third parties without the permission of Ensate srl. The policy of Ensate srl does not allow the permanence of materials that violate the rights of third parties and the accounts of users who violate these rights will be, once it comes to the knowledge of Ensate srl the relative violation, deleted.

If a user believes that any of the materials on the Site infringes his or her right, the user must send Ensate srl a note containing the following information:

I. identification of the infringed right or, in the case of several infringements, a list of all infringements detected ;

II. identification of the material contained on the Site that violates the above law/s/s and whose removal or disabling is desired, accompanied by information to identify by Ensate srl the object of/and violation/s;

III. the data necessary to contact the holder of the right/s/s infringed/s, including address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address;

IV. a statement that the use of the material in question has not been authorised by the owner of/i diritto/i, by his agents or legal representatives;

V. a statement that the information communicated to Ensate srl is accurate and, with the knowledge that in the event of a false declaration, criminal penalties will be imposed, that you are in possession of the authorization to proceed on behalf of the holder of the/i right/i violated/i ;

VI. a signature, real or electronic, of the person authorised to proceed on behalf of the holder of the right/s/s infringed/s.
